DOSIMIS-3 is a module-oriented simulation tool, whose main area of application is company-internal logistics systems. DOSIMIS-3 allows the analysis of transport systems (AGV systems, EMS, power & free installations, continuous-flow conveyors) for instance, as well as the analysis of assembly lines, workpiece circulation systems, flexible manufacturing systems, operator concepts and other production systems.

The objectives of a simulation by RESA are optimum installation design to ensure minimum investment for maximum performance and the creation of effective strategies for installation operation.
